  • Where can I view maintenance requests, submitted documents, and other ongoing communication?

    Residents can view all correspondances with our management teams by logging into the tenant portal. 

  • How can I submit a maintenance request?

    Residents can visit our tenant portal to submit a maintenance request, or can use the form on our website located here. 

  • How can I pay rent?

    We accept rent payments via etransfer. Cash payments are not accepted. 

  • Are your apartments pet friendly?

    Yes! All of our rental options are pet friendly.

  • What information do I need for an application to lease a unit?

    In order to apply for a unit, you will need to provide the following to your Customer Care Coordinator:

    • Last month of rent, paid as a deposit (payable by Certified Check, or Money Order)
    • Two pieces of photo identification
    • Proof of income
    • Crime-free certification (if applicable to unit)
    • Application to Lease form filled out, front and back, by all applicants
